Right of withdrawal (= right of rescission)

Your rights

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. The return costs are to be borne by the customer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you for our goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us - CALEO Cashmere - without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you inform me of the withdrawal from this contract. You bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Claims for damages in cases of slight negligence are excluded. This does not apply to personal injury or damage to items taken over for processing, or product liability claims.
