This online shop is operated by CALEO Cashmere. The owner of the sole proprietorship and operator of the webshop is Elisabeth Bauer. This sole proprietorship is registered as a free trade business and is a member of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ), and the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKOÖ). The trade or professional regulations of the Austrian Trade Regulation Act (Legal Information System of the Federal Government: www.ris.bka.gv.at) apply. Place of jurisdiction: District Authority Gmunden.

The object of the company is the trade in textiles (fashion).

Ordering Process / Conclusion of Contract

A customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract is only concluded upon our acceptance. The customer will be notified of our acceptance via email.

An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled out. If information is missing or if we cannot fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before finally submitting the order, the customer has the opportunity to correct their order. Supporting detailed information will be provided to the customer directly during the ordering process.

Once the ordering process is complete, the customer will be notified by an info window 'Your order has been confirmed. A confirmation has been sent to you.' This does not yet constitute our acceptance of the customer's offer.

Once the order has been received by CALEO, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. The order confirmation already constitutes a concluded contract. This document is not stored by us. If the customer wishes to keep the order confirmation, they must save or print it themselves.

The contract languages are German and English.

Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 3-5 working days after sending the order confirmation. Changes to the order are possible until receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Payment

All prices are total prices. They include all taxes & duties. Shipping costs are charged separately (see below).

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, Paypal, instant payment, purchase on account.

The goods remain our property until full payment.

Warranty and Guarantee

The warranty period begins on the day of delivery. The provisions on statutory warranty apply. For the delivery of movable goods, the warranty period is 2 years from the acceptance of the goods. Complaints based on statutory warranty claims or other complaints can be made using the contact details provided in the imprint. Beyond the statutory warranty, we do not grant any separate guarantees. The warranty is provided to the customer. We bear the shipping costs for the exchange of defective goods.

We explicitly point out that the colors of the items may differ from the photos shown in the online shop. This is usually due to the fact that the display of colors depends on the screen of the output device. In addition, original colors cannot always be reproduced accurately in photos.

Right of Withdrawal (= Right of Revocation)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – CALEO Cashmere, Elisabeth Bauer, Scharnsteinerstraße 23, 4810 Gmunden, Mobile: +43/664/1203667, Email: ebauer@caleocashmere.com – by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us – CALEO Cashmere, Elisabeth Bauer, Scharnsteinerstraße 23, 4810 Gmunden – without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Sample

Claims for damages in cases of slight negligence are excluded. This does not apply to personal injuries or damage to items taken for processing, or product liability claims.
